Baby Update: 10 weeks

How big is baby: 10w2d | the size of a Tart Kumquat (pictured above, I had no idea what that was)
Verse that I am clinging to: For the grace of God has been revealed, bringing salvation to all people. And we are instructed to turn from godless living and sinful pleasures. We should live in this evil world with wisdom, righteousness, and devotion to God, while we look forward with hope to that wonderful day when the glory of our great God and and Savior, Jesus Christ will be revealed. He gave his life to free us from every kind of sin, to cleanse us, and to make us his very own people, totally committed to doing good deeds. Titus 2: 11-14
How I’m feeling: pretty tired and out of it;
Symptoms: fatigue, nausea (although it seems to be subsiding), heartburn, eczema & itchies like crazy. I’ve started using Zyrtec again and am going to call about my topical eczema stuff, it is out of control!
Diet/Cravings/Aversions: bagels + cream cheese; ice cold water; fruit punch
Weight gain/loss: I’m down 3 pounds, although my sister says it will be back with a vengence
Sleep: I’ve been waking up a few times during the night to go to the bathroom or because the dogs are making noises so I’ve had a few death naps in the afternoons
Exercise: none on purpose lately, next week I plan to hop back into daily walks and maybe some yoga
Movement: too early for that still
Best moment of the week: I guess these don’t have to be baby related… the end of school! Kids are super sweet and kindergarten graduation was absolutely precious. Teaching elementary school has been so much fun and makes me excited for what happens after the baby stage.
What I’m loving: The bump is undeniably popping out, although still not that obvious to anyone besides me and maybe Marshall. Most of our friends know and next week I’ll be telling some more friends and my dad next weekend. Also love that school is out!
What I’m looking forward to: track out, track out and track out.
